Is CBD Oil legal?

Yes! NaturWays CBD Oil comes from hemp grown legally on farms in the European Union. Hemp is legal to buy in Europe, Canada, USA and other countries worldwide. However, there are some countries of the world, where the law can be different. Check out your country laws regarding CBD before placing order. 

Is CBD Oil safe?

CBD is considered very safe. With all our products having gone through stringent production processes, we’re confident that our hemp Raw CBD oil is safe for consumption. However, if you are already on any medication, you should consult with your doctor first.

Is it safe to travel with CBD?
While CBD is legal throughout the European Union we still recommend caution when travelling with it. It is a cannabis product, after all, and there is a small chance airport staff may confuse it for illegal cannabis products and seize it.

It’s your decision if you choose to travel with CBD products, but you should bear in mind that probably not everyone who works in an airport will be aware of the legality of CBD.

When travelling outside of Europe we strongly recommend not travelling with CBD.

Is your Hemp grown organically?

At Naturways, we only use pure and 100% natural hemp sourced from naturally responsible sources. At these sources, hemp is grown naturally without any artificial means or introduction of any synthetic chemicals.

Can cannabis cause allergic reactions?

Just like pollen from trees, grasses or weeds, hemp pollen may trigger allergic reactions in a very small minority of people. This subject has not been studied in depth, but there are scientific studies that point to allergic reactions caused by hemp.

If you choose a product that is GMP certified you minimize the risk of contamination with allergens. NaturWays offers the finest quality cannabis extracts on the market as it is GMP certified. This means that our products contain no hazardous chemicals that can cause an allergic reaction.

Can I fail a drug test taking CBD?

Most drug tests do not detect CBD oil (cannabidiol). This is because drug tests are designed to pick up on THC. As our CBD products contain almost untraceable amounts of THC, this is not enough to make you test positive for using drugs.

All our products are sold as food supplements only to help promote everyday wellbeing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.  

We cannot make any medical claims about CBD.

DOSAGE & CAUTIONS

How much CBD should I take?

This is a difficult question to answer as everyone is different.

We recommend to start taking 2 or 3 drops, twice a day. Gradually build up the dose to find your optimum dosage.

Place drops directly under tongue. Hold it in your mouth for 30-60 seconds before swallow it.

ORDERS, DELIVERY & RETURS

Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Yes! You can return the product within 30 days of the purchase of the product. To learn more about the returns please check our return and refund policy.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Paypal along with all major credit card payments like Visa and Master Card.

Can I amend my order?

You can add items to your order until you confirm payment details and complete your order. Once completed you cannot amend your order.

However, If you still want to amend the order once it has been placed, contact us as soon as possible at hello@naturways.shop

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer shipping worldwide. Please note that International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and in some cases your order can also be subject to import duties and taxes.

Is the shipping free?

Yes! We offer free shipping to orders inside UK and we offer free worldwide shipping to all orders over £100.

Can I get my order delivered to a different address?

Yes! When ordering please specify an alternative address where you want your delivery. You need either, mention the different delivery address in the Order Notes or use billing address for your records, and delivery address to send the parcel where you want to.  

How long until I receive my order?

We take our customers delivery speed very seriously.

You will normally receive your NaturWays product within 2 to 3 days inside UK and 3 to 5 working days in international orders. However, there are things that may further delay your shipment which are out of our control.
