SHIPPING INFO
We work hard to fulfill orders received before 2pm the same day they are received (Mon-Fri, no bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your payment, then another once your order has shipped containing track and trace information. Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.
UK Shipping
- Second Class Postage Cost: £2.95 (3-4 working days) Free Shipping spending over £20
- First Class Signed for Postage Cost: £5.95 (1-2 working days)
- Spending over £60 will be sent “First Class Signed For”, so someone will need to be home to sign for it.
- The delivery time frame for UK orders: 1-2 working days for First Class and 2-4 working days for Second Class.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally to the European Union only.
- Economy: £9.95 (7-10 working days) Free Shipping spending over £100
- Express delivery: £24.95 (2-4 working days days) (Depending on country)

ORDER STATUS
If you have a Naturways account, you can check your order status anytime by clicking on “My Account” from the top menu. From there you will be able to view all information regarding your order status. For all customers, you will receive 2 emails. The first email will be sent once you place your order. The second email will be sent once your order has been packed and shipped. This email will contain your tracking number. You can track your order via Royal Mail, MyHermes or DPD, depending the shipping courier we use to ship your order.
